Usa-chan (Mitsukini*Honey*Haninozuka X Reader)

You honestly had no idea how you ended up in this situation.

One minute you were in the Host Club, chatting with Haruhi about Halloween costumes, and the next thing you knew, you and Haruhi were being whisked away to the Hitachiin twins mansion.

Haruhi was sitting next to you, mumbling curses under her breath at the twins, while you laughed at her. You then turned to look at the twins, who were sitting across from the both of you, and saw that they were staring at you and mumbling under their breath.

“What?” You asked quietly. They looked at you, eyes glinting mischievously.

“We were just wondering what costume Honey-senpai would like you to wear.” Hikaru replied smugly. You blushed and paled at the same time, while shooting a glare at Haruhi. She was the only person who knew for sure of your feelings for the adorable blonde, and you had thought that she wouldn’t tell anyone.

Haruhi glanced at you, her eyes apologetic, and you sighed, realizing that the twins had probably blackmailed her into telling them.

When you at last arrived at the Hitachiin mansion, (Hikaru and Kaoru had teased you the entire ride there, as you didn’t deny that you did indeed, have feelings for Honey) Hikaru and Kaoru rushed to their mother’s office, bringing you with them.

Their mother calmly took your measurements while Hikaru and Kaoru rambled on about their “fantastic idea” for your costume.

Yay.

Hikaru and Kaoru decided that to “prove your undying love for Honey”, you had to dress up as Usa-chan.

That was how you were now standing in front of a mirror in the Hitachiin’s mansion, wearing a pink outfit.

With a sigh, you chanced a glance at the mirror. You saw a girl, but she didn’t look like you.

Her __h/c__ hair was pulled into a bun, with a few strands curled to frame her face. On top of her head was a pair of pink, fuzzy bunny ears. She was wearing a pink skirt, made out of tulle, that went down to just above her knees, with pink lace tights. Her shirt was a slightly see-through fabric (she wore a pink tank top underneath), with sleeves that went to her elbows.  To top it all off, she had a red bow tie around her neck.

All in all, you liked nothing like yourself, but you did look like Usa-chan. You had to agree that the costume was cute, so even though you thought Honey wouldn’t understand the significance of your outfit, you decided you’d wear it to the Host Club’s ball the next day.

~Time Skip to the Ball~

You didn’t have a date to the dance, so while you were sure you’d have fun, you did feel slightly awkward. This was also why rather than spend time out on the dance floor, you occupied yourself with helping Haruhi out. Haruhi was dressed in an outfit similar to yours, although with pants instead of a skirt, and she was dressed as Tamaki’s Kuma-chan. You found this incredibly adorable, because you knew that even though she wouldn’t admit it, she really did have a soft spot for the lovable blonde idiot.  

When the twins noticed that you and Haruhi weren’t dancing (and showing off their mother’s lovely costumes) well, they simply couldn’t have that now could they? Before either of you could protest, a twin had grabbed each of you by the wrist, led you to the dance floor, and had already started twirling you around.

You felt uncomfortable at first, but after a moment you relaxed and let Kaoru lead you. Kaoru grinned down at you, and you shot him a small, grateful smile back.

“You know __y/n__, you should really just tell Honey. What if he feels the same way but doesn’t know how to approach it, or he doesn’t realize that he feels the same way?” Kaoru said softly after you had been dancing for a few minutes. You opened your mouth to respond, when Kaoru quickly retracted his hands from you and stepped away. You were thoroughly confused, before something jumped into you, knocking you to the floor.

“Ouch…” You mumbled under your breath as you tried to sit up. You couldn’t however, because Honey was on top of you, and you couldn’t push him off.

“__y/n__-chan, I’m sorry!” Honey cried with tears pooling in his eyes.

“I lost my Usa-chan, and then I saw you, and I thought you were my Usa-chan.” Honey continued, little tears streaming down his cheeks.

“Honey-senpai, I’m fine. No worries.” You said and flashed him a small smile. Honey smiled back, and the tears stopped flowing. You had been so focused on Honey that you didn’t realize the position you were in; you on the ground, with Honey hovering above you.

Honey did however, and while his cheeks did flush red, he didn’t pull away, and instead did something he’d wanted to do for a while.

He gave you a quick kiss on the lips, just a peck really, but even after he pulled away, your lips were tingling. You smiled at him as he looked worriedly down at you, and when he saw that you weren’t mad, he pressed his lips to yours again; neither of you caring that everyone was staring at you both.

The kiss was gentle and sweet, lingering and loving. His lips were sugary, which honestly didn’t surprise you, and incredibly soft and warm. You smiled into the kiss, and after a moment, Honey pulled away.

“__y/n__-chan?” Honey asked quietly.

“Hm?” You asked, looking up at him with pink cheeks and a smile on your face.

“Will you be my Usa-chan?” Honey mumbled softly. You looked at him in surprise; he loved Usa-chan more than anything, except for maybe Takashi. You grinned at him, and pressed your lips to his again, not bothering to answer.

As you broke apart once more, you happened to look over Honey’s shoulder to see two very smug looking twins, Usa-chan held between them. You turned back to Honey, your __e/c__ eyes locking with his gentle brown ones.

“I’d love to.”
